Privacy Policy.
01Scope
This Policy applies to personal information processed by Flowcraft, the entity that operates Regnor and is registered in Bengaluru, India (“Regnor”, “we”), as a controller — for example, website visitors and enquiry contacts. Where Regnor processes data on behalf of a client to deliver the Services, Regnor acts as a processor under that client’s instructions and the applicable engagement agreement (see “Client & Customer Data”).
02Information We Collect
We collect:
- Information you provide — name, organization, role, email, and the contents of enquiries or messages you send us.
- Account & transaction data — where you use a Product, details needed to provision access, credits, and billing.
- Data submitted for analysis — content or datasets you choose to process through the Services.
- Usage & device data — collected automatically (e.g. pages viewed, approximate location, browser type) via cookies and similar technologies.
03How We Use Information
We use personal information to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services; to respond to enquiries and communicate with you; to process transactions; to produce Output you request; to comply with legal obligations; and to protect against fraud and misuse.
04Legal Bases
We process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Where the GDPR applies — for example, to visitors in the EU/EEA — we rely on one or more of the following bases: performance of a contract; our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services; your consent (which you may withdraw at any time); and compliance with legal obligations.
05Cookies & Analytics
We use only strictly necessary cookies required to operate the site. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies; if this changes, we will update this Policy and, where required, request your consent. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some may affect functionality.
06How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
- service providers who process data on our behalf under contract (e.g. hosting, email, analytics);
- professional advisers, where necessary;
- authorities, where required by law or to protect rights and safety;
- a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganisation.
07Client & Customer Data
For Engagements and Platforms, your data stays yours. With Regnor Knowledge, we design extraction systems and hand them over for your team to run; we process documents only as needed to build and validate the deliverable, under your instructions. With Regnor Optimisation, we build a simulator from data you provide solely to deliver your result. We do not use Client Data to train general-purpose models except where expressly agreed.
08Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods specific to each Product are described on that Product’s own website, and Client Data is retained and deleted in line with the applicable engagement agreement.
09Data Security
We apply administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encryption in transit, and a defined trust boundary. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10International Transfers
Regnor is based in India and provides Services worldwide. Your information may be processed in India and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where we receive personal data from other regions (for example, the EU/EEA), we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for international transfers.
11Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact romil@regnor.systems. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
12Third-Party Links
Our site and Output may link to third-party sites and services (including Stratify, Regnor Knowledge, and Regnor Optimisation, which may maintain their own notices). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties; review their policies.
13Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for organisations and professionals and are not directed to children under 18 (consistent with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
14Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will indicate changes by updating the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, by providing additional notice where appropriate.
