Privacy Policy.

This Policy applies to personal information processed by Flowcraft, the entity that operates Regnor and is registered in Bengaluru, India (“Regnor”, “we”), as a controller (for example, website visitors and enquiry contacts). Where Regnor processes data on behalf of a client to deliver the Services, for example during setup or support on the client’s own accounts, Regnor acts as a processor under that client’s instructions and the applicable engagement agreement (see “Client & Customer Data”).

We collect:

• Information you provide: name, organisation, role, email, and the contents of enquiries or messages you send us. Through the website enquiry form, this is the fields you complete: name, organisation, role, work email, area of interest, timeline and brief.
• Account & transaction data: where you use a Product, details needed to provision access, credits, and billing.
• Data submitted for analysis: content or datasets you choose to process through the Services. Regnor Knowledge is set up on your own accounts, so the documents you use with it never pass through Regnor’s systems (see “Client & Customer Data”).
• Server log data: when you visit the website, our hosting providers keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the time of the request) for security and reliability. The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies (see “Cookies & Browser Storage”).

JaanchLo, which is free and open source, runs on your phone. The messages and screenshots you check with it are processed on your device and are not sent to Regnor.

We use personal information to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services; to respond to enquiries and communicate with you; to process transactions; to produce Output you request; to comply with legal obligations; and to protect against fraud and misuse. Details you send through the website enquiry form are used only to reply to you.

We process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Where the GDPR applies (for example, to visitors in the EU/EEA) we rely on one or more of the following bases: performance of a contract; our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services; your consent (which you may withdraw at any time); and compliance with legal obligations.

The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Its pages set no cookies and store nothing in your browser (for example, in localStorage). Display controls, such as the grid view toggle, work only on the page you have open and are not saved, so nothing about them leaves your device.

Our hosting providers keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the time of the request) for security and reliability.

If this changes, we will update this Policy and, where required, request your consent. You can control cookies and browser storage through your browser settings.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

• service providers who process data on our behalf under contract (e.g. hosting, email, and our form service, Web3Forms);
• professional advisers, where necessary;
• authorities, where required by law or to protect rights and safety;
• a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganisation.

Web3Forms: the website enquiry form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form service that acts as our processor. When you send the form, Web3Forms receives the fields you complete (name, organisation, role, work email, area of interest, timeline and brief, together with a hidden spam-check field) and delivers them to Romil’s inbox at romil@regnor.systems, Regnor’s contact address. As with any web request, it also receives technical details such as your IP address.

For Engagements and Platforms, your data stays yours. Regnor Knowledge is a private assistant that turns your documents into answers with sources. It is set up on your own accounts, so your documents never pass through Regnor’s systems. Every answer cites its source and is checked a second time, and access is set by role and team. Where Regnor processes your data, for example during setup or support on your accounts, it acts as a processor, only as needed and under your instructions.

Regnor Optimisation, a service in development, is not yet available. When it launches, it will build a simulator from data you provide, solely to deliver your result.

We do not use Client Data to train general-purpose models except where expressly agreed.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods specific to each Product are described on that Product’s own website, and Client Data is retained and deleted in line with the applicable engagement agreement.

We apply administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encryption in transit, and a defined trust boundary. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Regnor is based in India and provides Services worldwide. Your information may be processed in India and in other countries where we or our service providers operate, including service providers that may process data outside India, such as our hosting providers and our form service, Web3Forms. Where we receive personal data from other regions (for example, the EU/EEA), we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for international transfers.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact romil@regnor.systems. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Our site and Output may link to third-party sites and services, and to the websites of our live products: Regnor Knowledge, Stratify, Veriscore, and JaanchLo, which is open source. Each may maintain its own notice. Conduit, Archon and Regnor Optimisation are coming soon. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties; review their policies.

The Services are intended for organisations and professionals, and JaanchLo for adults and their families. None of the Services is directed to children under 18 (consistent with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will indicate changes by updating the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, by providing additional notice where appropriate.
