Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Regnor website (the "Site") or engaging with any Regnor products, intelligence models, or services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or your organisation) and Regnor. If you are accessing the Site or Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

These Terms apply to website visitors, enquirers, and institutional clients alike. Formal client engagements are governed by a separate, signed agreement that supersedes these Terms where they conflict.

Section 02

Services & Products

Regnor develops and operates applied intelligence models designed to support executive decision-making and institutional operations. Our current product suite includes:

  • Veriscore — Risk evaluation infrastructure for structured influencer partnership assessment
  • Stratify — Structured profile intelligence for strategic market targeting
  • Inventra — Institutional-grade inventory intelligence (forthcoming)
  • Archon — Structured process authority and continuity systems (forthcoming)

Product availability, features, and access conditions are subject to change. Regnor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice to website visitors. Existing client obligations are governed by the relevant client agreement.

Section 03

Intellectual Property

All content on the Regnor website and within Regnor products — including but not limited to model architectures, evaluation frameworks, scoring methodologies, written content, visual design, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Regnor or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Regnor intellectual property without prior written permission. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Limited licence

Regnor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site and its publicly available content for your own informational purposes. This licence does not permit commercial use, redistribution, or any use that could harm Regnor's commercial interests.

Section 04

Permitted Use

When using the Regnor Site or Services, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or associated systems
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
  • Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the Site using automated means without written permission
  • Impersonate Regnor, its personnel, or any other person or entity
  • Use the Site in any way that could damage, overload, or impair its performance
  • Misrepresent your affiliation, authority, or the purpose of your enquiry
Section 05

Confidentiality

Certain information shared in the context of an institutional enquiry or engagement may be considered confidential by either party. Regnor treats all enquiry content with institutional discretion and will not disclose the substance of your communications to third parties except as required by law.

Where a formal engagement proceeds, confidentiality obligations will be defined in the relevant client agreement, which will supersede any informal understandings arising from these Terms.

Section 06

Disclaimers

The Regnor Site and its publicly available content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Regnor does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Regnor's intelligence models and evaluation outputs are designed to support — not replace — human judgement. Model outputs are informational in nature and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any commercial, financial, hiring, or operational decision.

Regnor does not warrant that any model output, evaluation, or recommendation will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. All outputs should be reviewed and interpreted by qualified professionals in the relevant field.

Section 07

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Regnor and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages, Regnor's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Section 08

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Regnor and its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your use of the Site or Services in a manner not authorised by these Terms
  • Any misrepresentation you make in connection with an enquiry or engagement
  • Any infringement of third-party rights caused by your use of the Site
Section 09

Enquiries & Engagement

Submission of an institutional enquiry does not constitute a binding agreement or create an obligation on either party to proceed with an engagement. All engagement terms — including scope, pricing, deliverables, and timelines — are subject to a separate, mutually agreed written agreement.

Regnor reserves the right to decline any enquiry at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons for doing so.

Section 10

Third-Party Links

The Regnor Site may contain links to external websites (for example, product sites operated under separate entities). These links are provided for convenience only. Regnor does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Your use of linked sites is at your own risk and subject to those sites' own terms and policies.

Section 11

Modifications

Regnor reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice (for example, by displaying a notice on the Site).

Your continued use of the Site or Services following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the Site.

Section 12

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.

Regnor operates with a global client base. Where mandatory local consumer protection or data protection laws apply in your jurisdiction, those laws will take precedence over these Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

Section 13
